VIP BUYER PROGRAM
COMPLIMENTARY HOTEL STAY & EXCLUSIVE BUYER’S NIGHT!
1. VIP Buyer Complimentary Hotel Stay is only applicable for International Buyers’ stays during 8 – 11 March, 2026 at the Hotels appointed by the Organizer.
2. This program is exclusively applicable to International Buyers only. The Exhibitors are not entitled to this program.
3. This program has a Limited Number of Registration and is based on the first-come-first served basis. The priority is given for early Qualified registrations.
4. VIP Buyer will receive:
– Complimentary 01 ROOM, 02-NIGHT STAY for 01 COMPANY.
– An Opening Ceremony Invitation.
– A lunch voucher at WTC EXPO venue
– Exclusive Invitation to the VIP Buyer’s Night (1 person / Invitation) on 8 March 2026 (estimated date).
– Exclusive VIP Buyer’s Kit (VIP Badge, Show Directory, Special Souvenir) from VIFA EXPO’s Organizer.

5. How to register:
Step 1: Register your information on this form
Step 2: Upload below documents or email us at: info@hawacorp.com.vn (compulsory):
– A copy of Passport (with photo)
– Company Registration / Business License
– Company Profile / Introduction
Step 3: The Organizer reviews the information and verifies if the Buyers’ profiles are qualified. An email of confirmation will be sent. (in 3 – 5 business days)
Step 4: The Organizer books hotel room upon Buyers’ registration.
6. Buyers need to provide their Company information to the Organizer. A Company that is not in the related to the industry is not qualified for this program.
7. VIP Buyer Complimentary Stay program is ONLY: 1 ROOM, 2-NIGHT STAY for 1 COMPANY.
8. All the extension, additional services or late check-out of room will be at the Buyers’ own cost.
9. The Organizer will only pay for 02 complimentary nights’ hotel stay at the Hotels appointed by the Organizer. Other hotels booked by the Buyers will not be accepted.
10. This program is not refundable, not convertible to cash and not transferable to any third parties. The presence of registered applicants is compulsory, and no representative is permitted.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any application if the Buyers fail to provide the Compulsory Document. The Organizer reserves the right to make final decisions.
12. VIP Buyer registration deadline is on 10 February, 2026
